To make the Web User Interface of the NAS product more stable. The client required a team of people who could maintain the Web Manager for their product. This involved understanding the NAS product and the management capabilities of the product very well. The following challenges had to be faced by Wipro.

	A very quick ramp up on complex technologies.
	Understanding the features of the NAS product and the web manager.
	Understanding the architecture of the product and maintaining as per the design.
	Maintenance of the web manager from a development team of about 20 engineers. The client engineers were involved right from the development of the software and have over 2 years exposure to the product.
	Work offshore with a team of just 3 engineers.
	Rate of bug flow, substantially higher.
	Assume engineering ownership in a short duration.
	Knowing the Eiffel language and maintaining the backend functionality, interfacing with the hardware.
	Knowledge of the CLI and other management software.
	Testing using VPN with limited resources.
