from a wide array of firms representing very simple
to very complex desktop hardware environments. The
data was analysis to determine the impact of the
complex desktop environments and long desktop lifecycles
have on PC support costs. |

| Wipro authored a
white paper for the client synthesizing and documenting
the results of the study. The results of the analysis
became incorporated in the client's field sales
training materials. |
