The challenge
To support & maintain NonStop™
based Retail fuel application transactions. This
customer has worldwide presence and majority of
the transactions are executed by NonStop™
systems. Here the Petro card that was issued by
this organization was supported by all gas stations
worldwide and the back-end data transactions were
stored in NonStop™ systems. Managing this
huge transaction and supporting customers with Zero
latency was a challenge.
The solution
Provided Level-3 support of Retail fuel processing
applications and Fuel Card processing applications.
Managed the NonStop™ systems that were involved
in production on 24/7 support.
