The challenge
Postage by phone is a critical
application that runs on HP NonStop™ server.
This huge application with 13 critical modules has
to be sustained by Wipro post Knowledge transition
period of 4 months.
The solution
Wipro’s NonStop™ group formed a team
of 6 engineers to provide support to the customer.
The team, with an onsite and offshore presence
take the direct calls from the customer; provide
bug fixes and also the enhancements.
