The development
started at the client’s site around April
1999 with a clear mandate to come out with the
first release of the product by end 2000 as time
to market was a very critical parameter. The product
was first demonstrated successfully at Supercomm
in June 2000. Subsequently it has figured regularly
in shows such as ISPCon 2000, Cebit 2001 and SuperComm
2002. Wipro continues to be a development partner
in a relationship which is going strong for the
past 3 years.
Wipro showcased its expertise in the following area

Wipro's contribution towards the terabit router
project is a clear example of how Wipro's core
strengths - process, technical expertise, project
management skills have all been integrated successfully
towards meeting the client expectations in a large
time critical, multi-site, multi-team development
project.
